A RARE COFFEE. AN EVERYDAY RITUAL.

01 / THE SOLARA IDEA

Some coffees
deserve a first edition.

One grower. One season. One exceptional lot. The best coffee has the character of a vintage, and the same impossibility of ever being repeated.

We choose a single micro-lot each season. You reserve your share before we roast. It arrives fresh, with its grower’s name and the story of the place it came from.

MADE TO BE OPENED. AND ENJOYED.

Rare coffee.
Your favourite
part of the day.

That first quiet sip. The light across the table. A coffee you make time for.

A numbered edition is only the beginning. What matters is what happens when you brew it.

FROM THE FARM / FAZENDA INHAME

Before your morning,
there was a harvest.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

A little patience,
well rewarded.

01 / CHOOSE

We find something
worth waiting for.

We cup, select and trace a standout micro-lot. One producer, one harvest, a fixed number of kilos.

02 / RESERVE

You put your
name on it.

Reserve during a defined window, with the price, minimum allocation and expected shipping date clear before you pay.

03 / ENJOY

Freshly roasted.
Finally yours.

When the release reaches its minimum, we buy and roast to order. Your coffee arrives roast-dated, with its story.

A release only happens if enough people reserve. If it doesn't, you're not charged.

04 / A NOTE FROM BIANCA

Great coffee shouldn’t
be anonymous.

“I got tired of extraordinary coffee being sold like a commodity: undated, unnamed, indistinguishable. The best of it is as singular as any vintage: one grower, one season, one hillside.

SOLARA is built around a simple promise: the person who grew your coffee belongs in its story. Their name on the bag. Their work recognised. A relationship worth returning to, harvest after harvest.”

05 / THE RESERVE LIST

First in line.
Every harvest.

A standing place in something fleeting.

Join now and you're first in line for Lot 001. Members get their allocation before the public window, billed only when the coffee lands, and places are capped to what we can source.

Lot 001: Fazenda Inhame, Brazil. Dispatch dates and membership terms will be confirmed before launch.

BEFORE THE FIRST SIP.

Before you reserve.

What does “en primeur” mean?

It means reserving something before it is finished. Wine has long been sold this way. At SOLARA, you reserve a specific coffee before it is roasted. Your allocation helps fund the lot, and we roast what’s spoken for.

Why reserve coffee in advance?

Each release comes from a finite harvest. Reserving secures your share and lets us buy and roast to order, rather than hold roasted coffee waiting for a buyer.

Is the Reserve List a monthly subscription?

No. SOLARA follows seasonal releases, rather than a fixed monthly delivery. The planned Reserve List offers a standing allocation before each public release, billed when the coffee lands. Full membership terms will be available before enrolment.

When will Lot 001 be ready?

Lot 001 is a Catuaí Vermelho micro-lot from Fazenda Inhame, Brazil. Algrano lists green-coffee release from March 2027. This is not a customer delivery date: transport, roasting and packing follow. We’ll confirm the reservation window, final price and dispatch date before any payment is taken.

What if a release doesn’t reach its minimum?

A release proceeds only when reservations reach its stated minimum. The allocation threshold and refund terms will be published before checkout opens.
